Business one is a recruitment agency, but not the kind that robs everyone. I recruit professional cleaners, in home child carers and aged carers.

The whole thing is a booking system, with flows that run the entire business online. Customers book, the worker gets the job, everyone gets paid, and I am barely involved once I have built the system. That is not an accident. I built it that way with Claude.

Here is how it makes money, and here is why it is fair. I take a flat twenty dollars an hour per person per shift. The workers earn what they are actually worth. A registered nurse on my platform earns a hundred dollars an hour and up. I take my twenty. The customer pays a hundred and twenty.

Now watch what a traditional agency does with that exact same nurse. They pay her forty five dollars an hour. They charge the client the same hundred and twenty, and they pocket the difference every hour, forever.

I give the worker their full value and still make money on volume. They exploit the worker and call it a business model.

That is a broken industry. That is the whole reason I built the alternative. And the part that makes it possible is that Claude built the engine: the booking system, the payment flows, the whole thing running online so the model can actually work at volume without me sitting in the middle of every shift.
