Ballarat, Victoria · Solo Founder · Fine Artist
I am a lifelong single parent, a fine artist with 26 years of independent practice, and a neurodivergent pattern recogniser who has spent her entire adult life watching broken systems exploit the people inside them. I didn't set out to build a technology empire. I set out to fix things that were obviously wrong.
The art world
For 26 years I built a fine art career entirely on my own terms. My work was featured in British Vogue, World of Interiors, and House & Garden UK. I did all of it without gallery representation — because the one time I paid for gallery representation, they stored my work, made zero sales, and charged me for the privilege.
The art world is built on extraction. Galleries take 40–50% of every sale. Online platforms take their cut while your images get scraped, screenshot, and sold on Temu overnight. Artists see nothing when their work sells for ten times what they originally charged. The system is designed to benefit everyone except the person who actually made the thing.
So I built Solène Haus. Zero commission. A proprietary image protection system called The Grid that makes artwork technically unfeasible to steal and unprofitable to resell. A marketplace where artists keep every dollar of every sale and their work stays theirs — not just in theory but in practice.
Visit Solène Haus"Every industry I've built for had the same problem — an extractive platform sitting between the skilled person and the person who needed them, taking a cut from both and providing very little in return."
The cleaning industry
The home services industry is built on the same exploitation model as every other service industry — just less visible. A cleaner does the physical work, turns up reliably, builds a relationship with the family, and earns $25 an hour. The agency who found them the job and does nothing after that earns $20 of every hour they work. Forever.
There is no transparency, no GPS accountability, no technology that protects the worker or the client. The agency is the middle man extracting value from both sides of a relationship they played no part in building.
Nest & Nurture Society pays cleaners a minimum of $50 an hour. We charge a flat $20 per hour to the platform — not to the worker, not as a percentage of their earnings, not as a recurring tax on their income. Workers keep what they earn. Clients know exactly who is coming and when. GPS check-in, in-app chat, verified badges, and instant payouts — technology that makes the relationship work without an agency sitting in the middle extracting from it.

The tradie marketplace model is one of the most openly predatory in Australian business. A plumber pays for a lead. That same lead has already been sold to three, four, five other plumbers. Now they're all racing to the bottom on price to win work that should have been theirs on merit. The platform profits regardless of whether anyone wins the job.
Hipages, Airtasker, ServiceSeeking — they're not built for tradies. They're built on tradies. The skills, the reputation, the years of experience — all of it monetised by a platform that clips the ticket every single time.
CoYoTrade is a global services directory and it's membership only. One fee. No leads. No commissions. No competing against yourself on price because the platform sold your job to six other people. Every dollar earned from every job stays with the tradie who did the work. Refer enough tradies and your membership becomes permanently free.

The healthcare industry
Nearly half of all Australians who need urgent GP care wait more than 24 hours to be seen. Not because there aren't enough doctors. Because the system funnels every patient through a clinic model that was never designed to cope with the demand being placed on it. GPs see 30 patients a day in 7-minute appointments on a bulk billing rate the government controls and periodically cuts.
Doctors who went into medicine to actually help people are burning out inside a system that treats them like a processing unit. They have no control over their rate, no control over their hours, and no control over who they see or for how long.
CALLS is a home visit GP marketplace. GPs join as members, set their own fee, accept the bookings that fit their schedule, and keep 100% of every consultation. No clinic taking a cut. No government rebate that gets reviewed and reduced. No conveyor belt. Just a doctor and a patient with enough time to do the job properly — in the patient's own home.
Visit CALLS HealthThe adult entertainment industry
Adult entertainment in Australia is a legal industry. Every service on EntertainYou is legal under Australian law. And yet the people who work in it have almost no professional infrastructure — no verified directory, no trust framework, no platform that treats what they do as a legitimate profession worthy of proper technology.
Performers, exotic entertainers, and adult service providers have historically had to rely on word of mouth, unverified listings, and platforms that treat them as a liability rather than a member. There is no centralised place where clients can find verified professionals, and no place where professionals can build a verified reputation that travels with them.
EntertainYou is a verified adult entertainment directory — membership only, no commission, every member verified before they go live. A professional home for a legal industry that has never had one. Built with the same four-pillar engine as every other platform in this empire — because the people who work in adult entertainment deserve the same technology infrastructure as anyone else.

I have been building websites for 26 years. Through dial-up and broadband. Through desktop-only and mobile-first. Through keyword stuffing and semantic search. Through every platform shift the internet has thrown at the industry — I have been here, adapting, building, staying ahead of what comes next.
What comes next is already here. AI has changed the way people search for everything. They are not typing keywords into a search bar and scrolling through ten blue links anymore. They are asking ChatGPT. They are asking Google AI Overview. They are asking Perplexity. And those tools give one answer — sometimes two. Not a page of results. An answer.
If your website is not built to be that answer, you are invisible. ContentFactory AI builds websites from the ground up to be the answer AI gives when someone searches for exactly what you do. AEO — answer engine optimisation — is what we do. It is all we do. And we have been doing it since before most people knew it had a name.
Every platform in this empire was built using ContentFactory AI's methodology. These platforms are the proof of concept. Solène Haus, CoYoTrade, CALLS, Nest & Nurture — all of them are AEO-built, AI-cited, and found by the people looking for exactly what they offer.
